15+ years in software engineering across titles like CTO, Head of Engineering, Director of Engineering, and General Manager. He has led technology at large enterprises, but does his best work moving fast inside startups — architecting systems, unblocking teams, and shipping.
10+ years working in growth marketing. A self-proclaimed 'scrappy' marketer, her foundation was set in agencies with clients of every shape, size, and product. She's also run growth from the inside as a Head of Growth, hiring and managing agencies herself — so she knows exactly what makes an agency relationship actually work.
Jimmy and Carli have been married for 10 years, and worked together professionally for several years as Head of Engineering and Head of Growth at Wag!. MotleyTech is that partnership, formalized: a tight technical-and-growth duo that moves faster than a full department, without the overhead.
